Our client is looking to engage with a Lead Developer - Digital Process Transformation.
Purpose:
Senior developer is responsible to work on JIRA change requests for enhancements of LOS APIs, products and interface integrations for various partnerships &third-party integrations for the Digital lending business
Job Context & Major Challenges:
• Build and customize digital applications / interface integrations to meet customer requirements, build application system components as per technical architecture, perform technical review and technical documentation
• Undertake and execute tech initiative projects
• Lead tech development with engineering team using agile principles, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business and other stakeholders
• Work on agile application implementation projects for digital business while meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
• Lead tech development using agile principles, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business and other stakeholders
• Work with partners to resolve their dev / uatqueries and ensure partners go-live in a time-bound manner
• Focus on test first development with an aim to reduce technical issues
• Reproduction of production issues in test environment to identify / pinpoint incidents. Analysis of incident and problem symptoms.
• Design & deliver product features and requirements with a focus on the future growth while managing the immediate requirements
• Understand underlying systems and build parameterized solutions for integrations between systems interfaces
• Prepare and publish API documentation for partner integration
• Use JIRA storyboards, information architecture blueprints and prototypes to collect feedback and iteratively improve and support the design process

Skills Required
• 5 to 7 years of full-time work experience in tech companies or digital
banking/fin tech
• Education qualification: Engineer / MCA (Computer Science / IT)
• Hands on experience of front end and back end technologies on AWS.
• Working knowledge of various services on AWS
• Be able to resolve integration queries for API integration with internal or
external APIs
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing
demands
• Mobile App development experience will be an added advantage
• Python / Django / Falcon/Spring boot

• Database - MY SQL / Dynamo Db / Mongo DB
• Aws cloud Basics
• Domain Exposure in Financial Services and experience in Digital Lending,
Banks or NBFCs
