Our client, a leading financial services company to Identify, build, implement & drive adoption of techno-functional initiatives to streamline, enhance & automate processes across the company's business operations to drive and enable business
growth, scalability, efficiency and customer experience. This role is of a techno-functional expert who has the functional knowledge and technology background/inclination also to understand, maintain & enhance existing IT applications. The role will keep abreast with technological innovations and contribute
to building an integrated IT enterprise that works seamlessly across all business operations and support rapid growth and scalability.

Responsibilities -

- Lead automation & digitization projects for timely delivery to enable scalability &; cost efficiency across business operations
- Drive Stability & Adoption of new initiatives & upgrades to achieve targeted business benefits
- Drive/implement enhancements to existing LMS/ERP systems to manage changes internal & external
- Innovate, research & Identify relevant tech capabilities in the FinTech industry
- Enable & implement integrated dashboards for data driven performance & metric management

Skills Required
