Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a consultant in their Health Insurance business function in the HR function who has worked in financial services with focused recruitment experience having managed mid level recruitment. Experience in Talent Acquisition and financial services sector is a must.

Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding candidates.
2. Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references

Note: The candidate is required to do both WFH (2 days) and WFO (3 days).
Office Location : Mumbai
Note: Duration of the project is 4 Months

Skills Required

- Experience is financial services is required.
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
