A leading financial services company
Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a consultant who has worked in BFSI with focused recruitment experience having managed senior level recruitment. Experience in Talent Acquisition and BFSI is a must; worked in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) before would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Incubate and implement the D&I recruitment strategy across the company. Customize Unit requirements on diversity sourcing.
2. Create and implement recruitment dashboards.
3. Conduct attrition analysis for specific groups.
Note: The candidate may be required to do both WFH and WFO depending on the need.
Note: Duration of the project is 6 Months (Extendable)
1. Strong/extensive experience in BFSI recruitment.
2. Strong and extensive experience in mid-senior level sourcing in BFSI.
3. Strong network/connect with recruitment consultants across distribution/service sectors.
4. Strong knowledge of multiple sourcing channels.
5. Work ex – 14 – 17 years.
6. Mumbai based candidates preferred.
7. Understanding D&I is an advantage.
