Our client, a leading financial service company is looking for an HR Consultant for Managing Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding and supporting HR Operations.
Responsibilities
1. Work towards facilitating L&D and Talent Management Initiatives and help drive completion of the PMS process
2. Work towards employee Retention and exit management processes
3. Zonal HR MIS, Audit requirements and reporting
4. Support in all processes across the employee life cycle
5. Leveraging different sources to attract talent like employee referral schemes, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk-ins and headhunting etc. to
optimize recruitment cost and improve employer branding
6. Ensuring continuous process improvement /enhancement to improve TAT, quality feedback
7. Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools
8. Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in the system
9. Creating a strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles
10. Managing background verification, on-boarding /KYC documentation, induction of new joiners and asset management
Note: This project is for full-time capacity from the onsite at Mumbai office
1) Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and designing of MIS reports
2) Well versed with HRIS and social media recruiting tools
3) Good interviewing and analytical skills
