Our Client, An Indian multinational banking and financial services company is looking to engage with a Manager- General Administration.
Role & Responsibilities :
This is central role where in employee will manage below required role and will work closely with zonals and central team.
1. Procurement - Opex/Capex procurement, OEM contracts for equipment and services
2. Vendor Management - Vendor Sourcing, Contracting, Onboarding, SLA tracking, Evaluation, Renewals
3. Asset Management - FAR reconciliation with Physical verification, Asset tagging, Asset scrapping/disposal, Monthly FAR cleansing, Asset warranties/AMCs, Asset Insurance
4. Compliance Management - S&E license (new & renewals), Trade License (new & renewal), Tracking, Reporting
5. Billing & MIS - Billing & Payments,, GL reconciliation, Expense analysis, Monthly Budget Vs Expense tracking, Opex & Capex Budget preparation
