A Leading Finance Company
Our client, a leading Housing Finance Company, is looking to engage with a Compensation and Rewards Consultant for the following:
- Managing compensation and benefits for the company
- Managing the annual appraisal exercise for FY 23 including PMS, increments, bonus etc. This has to be initiated in Jan2023.
- Benchmarking pay data through Aon
- Working on proposing changes to the annual performance management process in January for Board approval
- Defining goals/ KRA’s for the top 20 - 30 people
- NRC papers and presentation to enable decision on the above agenda
- Inputs to setting up the performance management process on new HRMS system
This project opportunity is based on-site in Delhi and requires full time capacity
- Must be an MBA/ post graduate in management;
- At least 10-12 years of experience managing C&B in financial services;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint), HRMS database;
- Operational efficiency with consistent focus on on-time, high quality delivery;
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality
