Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Fashion and Retail Company, seeks a Human Resources Consultant for a short-term project. The project would revolve around planning and preparing employee engagement initiatives which would include planning as well as execution – awards, sports etc. The project would also have some elements of diversity and employee wellness projects.

Responsibilities -

- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Plan and prepare employee engagement initiatives which would include planning as well as execution – awards, sports etc.

Skills Required

- Degree in human resources.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Proficiency at making creatives/communication mailers.
