Assignment Details

The client is in the process of conceptualising and launching 3 - 4 critical digital products that will help them improve customer and channel engagement. The types of products include - a solution that builds off the Salesforce platform, deploying an easy to use dealer management system among others.

The client is looking for seasoned Product Manager who can drive the launch and effective implementation of these products. This will include:

- Making sure the specification and functionality are clearly articulated by business for each product
- Ensuring the used cases, personas, customer journeys are well defined for each product, and identifying the KPIs
- Defining and running targeted sprints - coordinating with vendors and stakeholders as needed
- Developing and managing the overall project plan across the products - so that the initiatives run efficiently and as a program vs disparate items

Skills Required

- Prior experience of product, managing scaled tech products is a must
- Experience with managing technology implementations is expected
- Familiarity with techniques such as an Agile approach, SCRUM are expected
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
