Assignment Details

Our client is looking for a Marketing consultant to support a new tourism strategy.
The client has aggressive goals to ramp up tourism in the state. For that a lot of materials and collaterals have already been developed for all the major sites. The Dept of Tourism is now looking for a seasoned consultant with prior experience on implementing marketing campaigns to drive traffic to work with them.

The project will involve:
- Assessing the current strategy identified to promote tourism
- Idnetifying improvement areas and ways to sharpen the messages - incl. based on best practices from other successful tourism campaigns
- Reviewing the existing collaterals and helping refine and take these to completion
- Identifying additional materials that might be needed and working with the right partners to drive development
- Developing a new strategy to launch the new tourism campaign - across all media
- Helping identify metrics to assess success of the campaign

Skills Required

- Strong marketing and communications experience
- Prior experience of working on and implementing tourism strategies will be a huge plus
- Ability to take charge of and program manage the entire process
