The startup is adding a critical new element to its business model and is looking for a consultant that can help
- Model the overall economics of the various business models being considered
- Outside in research as needed to pressure test key underlying assumptions
- Help develop a high-quality business plan and financial model for the business over the next 5 years
- Help model out the investments needed and cash flow implications for the business
- Help the founding team identify the cost and other impact of critical choices e.g., business mix, using different sources of financing, pricing scenarios
Project deliverables:
Business plan, feasibility report, Business strategy document, in-depth analysis & financial analysis & modelling
- 8-10-years of experience either in strategy consulting, venture capital or investment banking
- Strong experience developing high quality financial models and business plans
- Prior exposure to developing financial models for early-stage ventures and startups will be a huge plus
- 4 Strong oral and written communication skills

We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
