Our client, a leading Venture Capital and Private Equity organization, is looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant to help them in designing a business model.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop an understanding of the existing business (including products/services, customers, competitors, overall market and trends) through careful research and analysis of all business units;
- Develop a strategic plan covering in-depth business analysis, valuation, financial analysis for the new business model;
- Prepare pitch deck and develop accurate benchmarks & provide inputs on best practices & sustainable & efficient model for delivery;
- Participate in problem solving sessions with senior and program leaders to
develop the right approaches;
Note: The project requires part time capacity for a duration of 3 months. The strategy consultant would also be supported by a junior consultant for research and other project related work.
- 12 to 15 years experience in strategy consulting, venture capital or investment banking;
- Strong experience developing high quality financial models and business plans;
- Finance management experience with planning, forecasting and business analysis;
-Strong oral and written communication skills
