Our client is an Education Services K-12 start-up that provides solutions in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, Core skills, Reading Comprehension and Writing Competency to schools and state governments in India wants to engage with a: Consultant - AI Content Creation.
As an AI Content Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing high-quality and engaging content using artificial intelligence technologies. Your primary focus will be on utilizing natural language processing (NLP) models to generate written content across various domains, including articles, blog posts, social media content, product descriptions, and more. You will work closely with our AI research team to improve the AI models' capabilities and enhance content creation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Generation: Use AI-based language models to create informative, creative, and well-structured written content across diverse topics and industries.

2. Quality Assurance: Review and edit the AI-generated content to ensure it meets high-quality standards in terms of grammar, style, coherence, and accuracy.

3. Content Optimization: Optimize AI-generated content for SEO purposes, ensuring it aligns with relevant keywords and best practices for search engine rankings.

4. Collaborative Research: Collaborate with AI research team to enhance the performance and capabilities of the language models, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and content marketing practices, incorporating this knowledge into the AI content creation process.

6. Content Strategy: Work closely with marketing and content strategy teams to align AI-generated content with broader content plans and promotional campaigns.

7. Audience Analysis: Understand the target audience for each content piece and ensure that the generated content resonates with their preferences and interests.

8. Content Variety: Explore different content formats such as long-form articles, short-form social media posts, video scripts, and more to cater to different platforms and audiences.

9. Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of AI-generated content through key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and feedback, and iterate accordingly.

10. Data Security: Adhere to strict data privacy and security measures while handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Skills Required

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI and NLP will be a plus.
2. Proven experience in content creation, writing, or digital marketing. Familiarity with SEO best practices is advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, particularly natural language processing (NLP) and text generation models.
4. Proficiency in working with AI language models such as GPT-3, BERT, or similar frameworks.
5. Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to produce engaging and error-free content.
6. Analytical mindset to assess content performance and optimize AI-generated outputs.
7. A self-driven and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to embrace evolving AI technologies and content trends.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
10. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content collaboration tools is a plus.
