Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Diversified Indian Conglomerate is looking to engage with a Senior Consultant to set up and manage a high performing PMO (Program Management Office) in the Agri Food space. The person will work very closely with the senior management to build and implement project strategies.

Responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end scoping, implementation planning & defining deliverables and timelines of the project with multiple work streams - this will be undertaken through consultation with key business stakeholders
- Define the KPIs and metrics for critical initiatives and the program as a whole, along with a tracking methodology
- Monitor and ensure that the implementation plan is executed efficiently
- Ensure coordination within the teams for smooth working
- Identify risks and help problem solve to de-bottleneck issues
- Synthesise progress and update key stakeholders regularly

The role is based in Mumbai and will require your full-time on-site support for the duration of the 3 months.

Skills Required

1. Experience in top tier management consulting firm will be a plus
2. Expertise in managing and driving large projects / initiatives
3. Prior experience in consulting assignments related to the Agri sector will be a plus
4. Would be required to demonstrate logical thinking, good numeric abilities, domain understanding and strong interpersonal skills
5. Understanding of project management techniques and tools
6. Should be able to lead a team
