Assignment Details

As an IT Project Manager (Scrum Master), you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex IT projects within the healthcare / finance sectors. Your primary focus will be to manage the Agile development process using Scrum methodologies while ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting project objectives, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IT Project Management Consultant, providing expert-level guidance and support to clients in the healthcare / finance sectors.
- Serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, project requirements, and technology needs
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes tailored to the specific needs of each client
- Conduct project assessments and identify areas for improvement, recommending strategies to optimize project performance and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and Agile methodologies
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for consulting services.

Skills Required

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification / PMP certification is required
- Extensive experience in successfully managing and delivering IT projects within the healthcare and finance sectors.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with a demonstrated ability to tailor approaches to specific industry requirements.
- Proven track record of providing consulting services, project management expertise, and Agile coaching to clients.
- Familiarity with healthcare and finance industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management within a project context.
