Assignment Details

Our client, a leading digital wellness platform, is looking to engage with a Growth Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Guide the marketing strategy, develop the brand identity, oversee the execution for
marketing campaigns, assist in hiring and putting the team and agencies needed for
continuity later;
- Audit the present state of the brand and marketing strategy;
- Develop insights through market, customer and stakeholder research to help arrive at a differentiated brand identity;
- Brand positioning, vision, values, naming, architecture and brand design brief;
- Identify areas of opportunities through the marketing of overall business growth;
- Scaleup Brand digital initiatives through a combination of agency and hired
employees;
- Oversee and guide the marketing execution – creatives, content, campaigns, website & messaging;
- Define and Supervise activity calendar/execution, guidelines / objective setting;
- Overall management of Advertising and Promotion Budget;
- Continuous analysis of the competition, retail trends, and market dynamics, working together with the Sales Team.

Skills Required

- Master’s degree from a leading institution;
- Proven experience as heading marketing and growth (5-10 years) with a hyper
growth startup;
- Wellness/health background would be great;
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix;
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
