Assignment Details

Objectives

Oversee and facilitate projects / pilots for Young Warriors NXT
Identify and modify selection criteria for projects / pilots, and co-creating the hypothesis for each project and their assessment
Ensure that projects have a common assessment framework
Oversight of projects / pilots to ensure implementation and collection of all agreed data
Ensuring that the final solution(s) are scalable, with clearly outlined actions for content modifications for scale rollout.
Put together a final unified picture of a program using multiple delivery modes and unified content

Expected Tasks

Work with the Project Management Unit (PMU) to design the process and formats required to take a project from identification to completion.
Define selection criteria for projects / pilots and modify them as needed based on ground realities and constraints
Participate in the selection of the projects and review all project designs prior to requesting steering committee approval.
Provide support in all meetings with working groups and the steering committee for the selection of pilots and presentation of findings.
Interact with partners along with PMU to answer their questions, provide support, and ensure compliance
Review proposed budgets prior to presentation to the steering committee
Work with the PMU to continuously identify gaps in the unified picture, and bring in more partners to build a comprehensive solution.
Support PMU in making presentations as needed
