Assignment Details

• Conduct research to assess labour demand and productivity by mapping the availability of job and livelihood opportunities across the enterprises within a local ecosystem.
• Collect information from enterprises who are current employers, and have the potential to increase hiring.
• Provide oversight and input on the survey design and methodology
• Provide business insights from the survey results to drive the design of the program intervention that is to follow

The research project is to be conducted in Haryana, India.

Skills Required

• Superior problem solving abilities and strong analytical thinking
• Experience in conducing primary quantitative and primary qualitative projects; survey analytics in general
• Experience on survey sample calculations, weighting mechanism, etc.
