Key responsibilities include:
1. Health and Wellness Centers, combined with Telemedicine solutions
Evaluate all options
- Conceptually put together a strategy around how HWC wherein Telemedicine will
work across the continuum of care (facility systems)
- Develop a pilot plan and initiate a pilot (with the relevant Partner organizations)
across a few HWCs
- Draft a scale-up plan based on the pilot results
2. Digital Training and Capacity Building
- Identify innovative approaches to conduct digital training for HWC staff, FLWs
- Coordinate with partners (TSU, training partners, etc ) to develop 2-3 innovative
approaches
- Initiate 2-3 pilot plans
- Draft a scale-up plan based on the pilot results
3. Larger Alignment of NDHB, to move towards establishing EHR/PHR
- Develop building blocks aligned with the central level efforts (e.g. Registries)
- Support efforts to setup SDHMC and capacity building of the team
- Deep knowledge of national/state health delivery ecosystem, and the broader development context in India
- Strong understanding of Bihar and UP government health policy and budget decision making
- Ability to connect with and develop partnerships with varied stakeholders including government, civil society, private sector, and academia.
- Ability to work on multiple specific areas within health simultaneously.
