Assignment Details

Our client, a leading development sector organization, is looking for a Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Overall program management of STI CB Cell and co-ordination with internal CBC
stakeholders and PSA office.
2. Preparation of capacity building frameworks, methodologies, and modules, in close coordination with internal teams and other relevant stakeholders.
3. Review existing capacity building efforts of departments, ministries and agencies of the government and prepare Capacity Building Plans.
4. Co-ordinate on behalf of CBC with departments, organizations, and agencies of
Government of India to implement capacity building interventions.
5. Program & manage development of capacity building interventions at various
departments, Ministries, and agencies of the government
6. Preparation of technical approach papers for implementation and assessment of
interventions.
7. Participate in external stakeholder consultations and liaison with knowledge partners
8. Undertake research on Science, Technology, and Innovation ecosystem within and outside India
9. Support execution of interventions as per defined timelines by CBC
10. Program management support to other CBC programs as identified by Secretary
CBC
11. Prepare presentations and reports for review by PSA office and CBC

Skills Required

Skills Required:

- 6-7 years of relevant experience
- effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- sound business case development and approvals skills
- Driven, high energy, positive, flexible and very outcome-focused
