We are looking for a a consultant who will assist the client in understanding the offline spoken English market through a combination of primary and secondary research:
i. Pan-India secondary research for all 1 Million+ agglomerations and towns
ii. Primary research in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida
The research will focus on answering some broad questions:
• Supply side dynamics of the market: Type of offline service providers, different value propositions, price points, sales and marketing approach adopted by these service providers
o Deliverable: Segmentation and profiling of the offline service providers both pan-India and specifically in Delhi NCR
• Demand side dynamics of the market: Profiling and segmentation of the target segment that goes to offline centres, key characteristics of different demographic groups, their decision-making framework in selecting a service provider, their view on value propositions of different offerings, post-study outcomes and attitude towards technology-enabled learning
o Deliverable: Segmentation and profiling of the target segment that goes to different types of offline service providers; along with a mapping of target segment groups to types of service providers
* Strong market research skills - both primary and secondary
* Previous experience in education sector is a plus
* Strong critical thinking and analytical ability
