Key responsibilities:
- To document lessons, challenges, gaps, achievements, best practices to guide related health and nutrition programs and policies within Bihar through field visits, interactions with various stakeholders including the recipient of these services.
- To disseminate the best practices/ relevant stories / lessons emerging from such field visits and interactions, in consultation with the BMGF Bihar team and partners.
- To provide analysis of important stakeholders and influencers to better integrate innovations and novel approaches proven by BMGF partners and other in-state public health institutions/actors into State Government plans and programs.
- As a part of multi stakeholder team, develop plan for identification, strengthening, derisking the selected in-state partner institutions to support the sustainability of technical and execution capacity in Bihar.
- To support ICO Country Director and Bihar BMGF team for specific analysis and tasks, as per evolving needs of the program.
• Exceptional verbal, written, & presentation skills
• Original content writing and strong editing skills in English; familiarity with AP style
• Language proficiency in Hindi & working knowledge of other Indian languages desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs, Google Drive and Google Suite
• Basic design/layout experience desired using design software; video editing skills would be an advantage, Exposure to video production and editing processes
• Ability to work independently and creatively find solutions to challenges
