Key responsibilities -
1. Drive candidate sourcing through campus hiring
2. Plan and organise campus hiring drives and select shortlist candidates by gauging fitment through various ways
3. Ensure the right match between candidate and job requirement

Skills Required

Prior experience in Talent Acquisition and campus hiring
Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively
Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
