A leading development sector organisation
Our client , a leading development sector organisation, is looking to engage with an HR Transformation consultant for short-term project with one of their portfolio companies in Bengaluru.
Roles & responsibilities include:
1) Drive the organisation design, employee career planning and culture agenda.
2) Manage the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters ( KPIs based on industry benchmarks) as well as designing the key strategies to get there.
3) Execute design and implementation of best in class organisation structure based on company's vision of growth
4) Help define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones
5) Train internal HR teams on execution
6) Help in employee career planning (Competency development and growth progression)
The assignment is for a duration of 4-6 weeks in Bengaluru.
1) Experience with training and engagement programs for inbound/outbound sales teams
2) Experience in B2C sector, preferably in insurance/inside sales/premium call centre
3) Experience in designing organisation structure for fast growing company
4) Experience in designing and implementing organisation culture and communication programs
5) 15+ years experience out of which 5+ years should be in the B2C services sector is preferred
