Assignment Details
Our client, a social enterprise that collaborates with companies to develop impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, is looking to engage with a consultant for a duration of 2 months to help develop a compelling pitch deck.
Roles and Responsibilities include :
- Understand the planned fundraising strategy and develop a broad outline for the pitch deck and other materials needed e.g, financial projections
- Review the available materials and documents and develop a first cut of the deck, including
- The opportunity
- The business model and why that is unique, differentiated
- Traction till date
- Plans for the next 2-3 years and how the funding will enable that
- Financial projections for the business
- Conduct secondary/primary research to fill gaps in the opportunity and business model/value proposition articulation
- Participate in problem solving sessions with senior management to tighten the story around model, scale-up plans and sources of diiferentiation
- Refine the story and deck to deliver a tight, synthesized end products
- Refine the financial model based on team problem solving sessions
Skills Required
- Prior experience in a consulting firm or VC firm is expected
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and derive insights
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with crafting pitch decks and fundraising materials will be a definite plus
- Experience collaborating and working with multi-disciplinary teams
