Our client, a leading Multi-national consumer goods company is looking to engage with a Rewards and Compensation professional for a short-term project in Gurgaon with the following deliverables:
o Breaking the overall project deliverables into specific milestones.
o Tracking progress and publishing weekly update – highlight risks and challenges / mitigation plans
o Following up within team / other stakeholder for inputs / closure
Employee Communication – Plan, design and implementation of employee communication decks
Facilitate HR workstream alignment meetings to help teams understand issues and inter-dependencies
Provide functional & execution support on major projects such as
o Transition of retirals – PF, SAF & Gratuity
Manager data transfer
o Structured & unstructured data – Workday, personal files, shared drives etc
Follow-up and coordination with multiple teams / stakeholder / workstreams on data transition
o MBA HR background will be preferred
o Understanding of compensation and benefits in India including retirals
o Candidate must have worked on HR projects such transition of retiral (like PF/Gratuity/SAF), transition of HR applications such as workday etc.
o Experience of project management / project tracking tools / MS office etc is a must
o Good communication skills – This resource will be expected to design and implement employee communication plan.
