Our client, a leading consumer goods company is looking to engage with a consultant to Lead the Talent Acquisition team to partner with business to attract, engage and hire the best talent that is future ready and aligned to our value system.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Partner with business HR on manpower requirements within the stipulated budgets and defined SLA’s
• Map the talent landscape and develop talent intelligence
• Create talent pipeline for current and future business needs
• Devise the recruitment channel strategy to keep the hiring budgets optimal
• Leverage social media platforms and job portals to access and attract the best talent
• Develop relationships with search partners to manage effective on time hiring
Onboarding:
• Facilitate the team to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new joiners
• Periodically review and ensure complete documentation for new joinees.
Other Areas/Projects
• Support on campus programs to ensure we hire the best and develop them to be our leader of tomorrow
• Enhance the candidate experience during the selection and onboarding processes
• Leverage technology and science for driving process improvements
Desired Candidate
• Ability to front face with business and senior stakeholders
• Very agile with strong bias for action and quantitative measurements
• proactive and solution-oriented approach with ability to multitask
• Strong collaborative and negotiation capabilities
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer goods hiring (preferred)
• FMCG HR Experience 7 - 10 years & Experience of Talent Acquisition vertical within HR
