Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm, is working with a tyre manufacturing firm. They are looking to engage with a Consultant who can support the team in their business process excellence programme.

1. Working with stakeholders on streamlining the business process excellence
2. Identify and priorities strategic objectives that are consistent with the vision.
3. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
4. Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
5. Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
6. Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met

The project will be based one of Gujarat/Chennai/Nagpur and requires full time support.

Skills Required

1.Have worked on manufacturing or automotive engagements at at top tier
consulting firm.
2. Hands on experience of working in Automotive sector in Plant Management
and overall operations/ Manufacturing
3. Strong business process knowledge.
4. Strong expertise in manufacturing setup.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Ability to work in a faced paced environment with tight deadlines
7. Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where
required.
