Our client , a leading management consultancy, wants to engage with a Senior Expert with significant experience in CRM and After Sales Service in Consumer Appliances segment in India.
> 1-2 hour conversations to help develop a strong point of view on potential improvement in customer lifecycle management and after sales service (topline and consumer experience improvement, delivery models) for a particular consumer appliances company in India.
> Collaborate on analysis, provide external benchmarks, industry best practices and possible travel during 1-2 presentations / brain-storming sessions.
> Reach out to his/her strong network to be able to answer questions that the client may have related to industry benchmarks or best practices
The project would require a support of 20+ hours over the next month.
