Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Sales Consultant who has a deep understanding of channel sales.

Work will involve:

1. Identify sales force engagement challenges and assist the client in piloting initiatives to improve engagement levels.
2. Design training programs for field forces and line managers to drive better adherence to expected input norms.
3. Benchmark industry-best sales excellence practices and suggested pointed improvements to the client to improve overall sales force effectiveness
4. Deeply understand the channel strategy for the client and help identify gaps and areas of improvement.

This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 4 months in Mumbai.

Skills Required

1. Overall sales experience of 8-10 years.
2. Ability to influence stakeholders.
3. Experience managing large cross-functional teams.
4. Deep understanding of channel sales and input parameters.
5. Pharma/CPG background. Pharma background will be a huge plus.
