Assignment Details

Our client is management consulting firm and are looking to onboard a Operational excellence ( Third Party Logistics ) who can help them in performance improvement, improve processes, services and resources.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Define, design & implement the businesses' operational excellence programme & embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
- Lead the warehouse development projects, driving change across systems, processes & people.
- Set 'best in class' standards, developing the operational team & supporting senior leadership with the long term strategy
- Review the overall logistics network, working with suppliers & partners highlighting key bottlenecks & area of opportunities
- Review end to end operational processes, engaging across multi department to improve operational effectiveness

Skills Required

- Must possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all times
- Understands setting up of a team for operation excellence for performance improvement : improve processes, services and resources
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Strong background in Logistics and a deep understanding of Production Planning
