Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm, is working with a tyre manufacturing firm. They are looking to engage with a Consultant who has worked in the automotive industry in the Operations/Plant management and can support the team in their business process excellence programme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working with senior management to define business strategy.
2. Identify and priorities strategic objectives that are consistent with the vision.
3. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
4. Have worked on business process improvement in any other manufacturing setup.
5. Have knowledge and experience in the business process excellence in any manufacturing setup.

The project will be based one of Gujarat/Chennai/Nagpur. The project requires full time support.

Skills Required

1. Hands on experience of working in Automotive sector in Plant Management
and overall operations/ Manufacturing
2. Strong business process knowledge.
3. Strong expertise in manufacturing setup.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Ability to work in a faced paced environment with tight deadlines
6. Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required
