Assignment Details

A leading consulting firm is looking to onboard a consultant to help establish an integrated control tower for its client, an industrial goods manufacturer to create a central platform to access all the information pertaining to different plants and functions to enhance decision making.

The consultant will be required to-

1. Liaise with the client and the consulting team to understand the requirements and develop an implementation plan

2. Help the team to set up the integrated control tower and answer critical questions around how the data would be presented, where and how would the data be picked up from, etc.

3. Guide the team on staffing and capacity requirements and on boarding accordingly

Skills Required

1. A strong background in data analytics with an ability to apply advanced analytics algorithms on raw data.
2. Techno-managerial profile with experience in project management and leadership
3. An understanding of the software and hardware (Servers) to use to compile the relevant information at a single location.
