Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is working on a project with the Government of India and is looking to engage with an experienced Occupational Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identifying abilities and developing potential through using tests and job-relevant exercises at the selection.
2. Motivating people by designing payment and reward systems and advice on health and safety issues.
3. Assessing performance both on and off the job by designing appraisal systems, advising on stress management, and designing machines and computer systems that are easy to use helping people and organizations adapt to change by advising on how to change attitudes and behaviors to improve service.
4. Designing effective organizations by advising on the best type of management systems, identifying effective human resources strategies, and designing jobs to fit people's skills.
5. Leading Civil servants’ capability building strategy/ and competency development for Civil Servants in India.

This project would require full-time capacity for the duration of 12 months.

Skills Required

1. Should have a minimum of 12 years experience with a minimum of 10 years in HR Consulting/ Workplace Behavior Design/ Competency Development.
2. Should have the experience of working in at least 5 projects with similar scope either in the private sector or Government and in any of the domains such as Job Analysis, Employee Performance Management & Appraisal design, Employee Psychometry Analysis, or Competency Framework Design and Development.
3. Experience in leading Civil servants’ capability building strategy/ competency development for Civil Servants in India or abroad in the last 8 years is preferable.
4. MA/Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Occupational Psychology.
5. Global certifications in Occupational Psychology or Related areas are preferred.
