Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities
Comply with all requests form the apprenticeship provider including completing all
assessments/assignments as required and ensuring availability for all scheduled learning sessions as required.
• Support the Early Careers centre of excellence.
• Develop and build knowledge of all recruitment processes and policies in order to advise and guide client’s colleagues in resolving day to day queries.
• In collaboration with the Early Careers Operational Manager, TAMs Data Insights and relevant HR & IT teams, supports the ongoing development of CX measures and associated Insights & Analytics across all key stages of the experience for both hired and unsuccessful candidates.
• Leverages Insights & Analytics to measure the impact of improvements, inform Early Careers strategy and identify specific areas requiring improvement, highlighting to the relevant TAMs Leads.
• Collects regular voice of the customer feedback to feed into relevant activities, initiatives & projects.
• Works with external vendors to develop the CX framework & deliver improvements.
• Collaborates closely with early careers colleagues within TAMs to support all early careers related recruitment activities, initiatives & project.

Duration- 6 months requiring full time capacity
Location - Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore (preferred)
/ can be done remotely as well

Skills Required

-The ideal candidate will have a track record of negotiating, communicating and influencing external and internal stakeholders and identifying solutions to complex problems.
-You must possess strong analytical and commercial skills and be able to develop data driven solutions.
-This is a client-facing role that will require you to have strong presentation skills. You must be able to demonstrate ownership of results achieved through working independently and collaboratively across a number of stakeholders, with high ambiguity and tight timescales.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
