Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
• Create Early Careers learning and development experiences and services for a specific business group
• Bring outside-in perspective and view to latest trends and benchmark on the market, with a track record of delivery of the best practices and development programs in previous roles.
• Actively engage with other colleagues in Career Development and other Chief People Organization units for co-creation of common and customized services for the end users.

Duration- 6 months requiring full time capacity
Location - Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore (preferred)
/ can be done remotely as well

Skills Required

Business Acumen – gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, business groups and functions
• Learning Experience – have an excellent knowledge of learning methodologies – specifically in the early careers space
• Learning Industry Knowledge – exceptional knowledge of the learning industry and keeping up to date with the Early Careers learning and development trends
• Collaborative approach – linking to best practice and broader client’s learning initiatives to gain economies of scale and a seamless approach.
• Innovative – quick to learn, flexible and adaptive, creative with proven initiative.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
