Assignment Details

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is implementing a large change management program at an FMCG company to support a key Technology Implementation. They are looking for a seasoned consultant to work with the client and drive key parts of the program.

The role will involve:

* Overseeing and facilitating the implementation of key initiatives
* Thinking through a communications and engagement strategy for the program
* Interacting with senior stakeholders to help debottleneck issues.

Note; The project will begin on a remote support basis and at a later stage would require the consultant to work from the Client's office in Bangalore.

Skills Required

* Prior experience in driving change management programs is a must
*Experience of working with a leading IT Services firm is a must
*Experience of working in an FMCG firm will be an added advantage
* Strong client management and stakeholder management skills
