Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is looking to engage with a Human Resource Consultant having a experience across the domains of the HR function, for a project in the Infrastructure domain.

The consultant would be expected to advise and drive initiatives in the following arenas:

1. Organisation Structure Design
2. Performance Management
3. Compensation Structure
4. Training and Development

The duration of the project will be for around 12 Months and will require full time, onsite support in Delhi for 3 Months

Skills Required

1) Should be a post graduate
2) Holistic experience in the HR domain of large corporates
3) Hands on experience in leading organisation structure design
4) Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
