Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting company, is initiating a new project in the Specialty Chemicals space focusing on Agrochemicals and Specialty Polymers sub-segments. They are looking to get some relevant expert profiles with significant experience in plan operations

Work involves:
1. Evaluate the quality of assets, processes and identification issues/improvement areas
2. Understand the current chemistry capabilities of the company and competitive moats
3. Analyze strength of key functions for talent & process maturity and comparison with peers
- R&D /NPD/Process optimization
- Business Development
- Production
- Supply Chain
- Procurement

Please Note: The client wants the Consultant to accompany them for plant visit to ascertain the quality of the asset and the short comings.
Duration: 2 days

Skills Required

1) Strong experience in designing the Quality standards and governing mechanism for all processes
2) Experience in the Specialty Chemicals space is a must
3) Experience of handling QA vertical and/or team in a multi location service industry
4) An analytical mind that intuitively understands data
5) A solution centric mind that works for the customer
6) Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
7) Personal effectiveness – planning, time management, process orientation
8) Strategic mind that is able to think long term
9) Open to travel
