Assignment Details

Our client is a leading consultancy firm is supporting a client and wish to leverage the expertise of a Procurement/ Sourcing expert from the Plastic Waste Management Industry to design a Growth Strategy plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the current standing and business of the end client; undertake an assessment and diligence initiative- identify problem areas and gaps
- Work with the consulting firm and end client as an advisor to the feasible, best practices around plastic industrial waste; suggest processes for overall improvement
- Provide guidance to optimise dealings with waste pickers and kabadiwallas
- Help the teams to determine the typical and optimal size of manpower across functions

This project would require a few hours of support on an expert need basis.

Skills Required

1. Indepth understanding of the Plastic Waste Management Industry
2. Prior experience of working in the plastic and industrial waste management space
3. Hands on experience in implementing innovations in previous projects would be a plus
4. Ability to work in a team + manage stakeholders
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; should be able to convey their points, advise and guide the team
6. Good observation and analytical skills
