Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a major pigment manufacturing player on a transformation program. They're looking for a Strategy Consultant to work with the team to drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with the team to analyse the objective of the transformation program and determine the portfolios across which process improvement initiatives will have to be undertaken
2. Conduct opportunity assessment by undertaking primary and secondary research
3. Scope and assess the market size, growth opportunities, identify current and future market trends, competition and risks
4. Evaluate competitors in the market
5. Support the team to take key decisions in the transformation program

The project would require full time on-site support in Pune for 6 months

Skills Required

1. Prior experience of working with consulting firms is a must
2. Should have undertaken projects in Chemicals industry
3. Good problem solving and analytical skills
4. Excellent communications and presentation skills
