Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with a major pigment manufacturing player on a transformation program. They're looking for a Consultant to lead growth initiatives in the Sales and Marketing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess the current Sales and Marketing processes in the organisation and help the team to implement best practices for process improvement and efficiency
2. Drive B2B Sales excellence in the organisation through initiatives across key account management, Distribution, etc
3. Define metrics to track performance; de-bottleneck implementation problems
Note: This project is based out of Pune and full time off site + on site support would be required for 6 months.
1. Prior experience of working the the Sales and/or Marketing domains of the Chemical Industry is a must
2. Should have an understanding of the global best practices in these domains
3. Excellent problem solving ability and presentation skills
4. First hand B2B Sales Excellence experience is necesary
