Assignment Details

Our client is an aroma chemical manufacturer who is looking for a Technical consultant for developing Magnesium sulphate tri/penta/heptahydrates/anhydrous as a by-product from one of their Organic process

Responsibilities:
- Provide us with data relating to the industry-wise demand for the various forms of Magnesium sulphate, its application, seasonality if any and customer preferences
- Should be able to guide us choose the optimal product mix (tri/penta/hepta/anhydrous) based on demand pattern and rewards
- Should be able to suggest ways of improving/customising product quality and demonstrate the production of the selected variant(s) (of Magnesium Sulphate)
- Desirable: Introductions to customers at senior levels
- Experience of working directly in plants, making Magnesium sulphate and has good rapport with customers
-Experience in selling/marketing Magnesium sulphate and has worked very closely with the manufacturers and understands the nuances and technology associated with various forms of Magnesium sulphate

This project requires support from a remote location for a duration of 6-12 months (part time) .

Skills Required

- Experience in manufacturing various forms of Magnesium sulphate
- Understanidng of the end market of Magnesium sulphate including :
1) the various applications,
2) the specifications and special requirements in various applications/industries
3) the market size and individual customer’s annual requirements
- Capability to fine tune the process/technology to adjust the quality of the product in line with end use requirements
