A leading Indian biopharmaceutical company based in Bangalore.The Company manufactures generic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that are sold in over 120 countries across the globe, including the developed markets of the United States and Europe. It also manufactures novel biologics, as well as, biosimilar insulins and antibodies, which are sold in India as branded formulations. Their biosimilar products are also sold in both bulk and formulation forms in several emerging markets.

Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian biopharmaceutical company is looking for a consultant to join them as a Program Manager-

The Primary Responsibilities as follows-

1)Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage the developmental activities at CMOs
2)Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between the team and CMOs.
3)Review the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepare status reports.
4)Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
5)Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and meet the program goals and objectives.
6)Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with cross functional teams and CMOs

Location- Electronic City, Bangalore
Capacity- Full time onsite- 12 months

Skills Required

Skills Required -

1)Detailed understanding of planning and execution of manufacturing transfers, including drawing/specifications, technical files, process validations and product registrations
2)Experience working with project teams in multiple locations and from various cultures
3)Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers
4)Understanding of the pharma and device industry. Awareness of regulations and their potential implications in project planning.
5)Detailed knowledge of PMI processes. PMP accreditation preferred-
6)Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
7)Minimum of 10 years of relevant program management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant Manufacturing experience
