Assignment Details

Our client a leading bio-pharmaceutical company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage their several strategic initiatives across all necessary functions and to to ensure success and realize the ambition of the impact goals. The Project Manager would be required to lead and develop the project management process/system and ensure best practice sharing across projects

Key Deliverables:
• Maintain oversight of project plans, validate and verify scope, time & resources
required
• Identify and manage inter dependencies between projects
• Define project schedules and mobilize resources
• Identify risks and put in place mitigation steps
• Coordinate with Finance and HR partner to ensure deliverables are met
• Supports the change management communication
• Provide regular reports to ELT
• Monitor the project impact deliverables via a pre-defined set of KPIs
• Develop the company project management process, and coach the process to
departments/functions’ leaders
• Documentation, along with all paperwork, must be collected, signed off on and
archived by the end of the project

This role is for 1 year and might get extended based on mutual interest. The Project Manager will be required to liaise and work closely with offices around the globe especially Malaysia.

Skills Required

• Postgraduate Degree is desirable
• Certificate of Project Management Methodology
• Fluent in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Proven working experience in project management
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to accomplish
deliverables
• Experience in managing teams across different countries across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to build bridges across functional boundaries and
encourage communication and best practice sharing
• Track record of coordinating and organizing a large number of tasks and
milestones across overlapping work streams and stakeholders as well as
third-party service provider

A leading Indian biopharmaceutical company based in Bangalore.The Company manufactures generic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that are sold in over 120 countries across the globe, including the developed markets of the United States and Europe. It also manufactures novel biologics, as well as, biosimilar insulins and antibodies, which are sold in India as branded formulations. Their biosimilar products are also sold in both bulk and formulation forms in several emerging markets.
