Assignment Details

Our client is looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Key Responsibilities are:
1. Designing and executing Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire
the best talent.
2. Source, Identify and interview for strategic hire positions.
3. Conceptualizing and implementing ideas to hire high quality talent
4. Adhere to SLA's and work with team to ensure team objectives are met.
5. Keeping abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing
techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-art recruiting practices.

Note: This project is based out of Chennai for 6 months.

Skills Required

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Demonstrable experience of leading high quality recruiting delivery
3. Ability to fill positions in a short period of time
4. Experience of understanding learning needs, translating into successful
solutions, and evaluation of solution.
5. Experience in hiring for technical roles
6. Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.
7. Effective negotiations skills.
. Candidates from Pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.

A leading Indian biopharmaceutical company based in Bangalore.The Company manufactures generic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that are sold in over 120 countries across the globe, including the developed markets of the United States and Europe. It also manufactures novel biologics, as well as, biosimilar insulins and antibodies, which are sold in India as branded formulations. Their biosimilar products are also sold in both bulk and formulation forms in several emerging markets.
