Assignment Details

Our client a leading Bio pharmaceutical firm is looking to engage an Office Administration Consultant to primarily manage administrative activities of their US office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management
2. Maintaining and filing expenses with respect to travel
3. Handling all matters pertaining invoices, PO, payments, insurance, etc
4. Supporting the managing in financial transaction and other such administrative

Note: This position is based out of Bangalore but since the support required is primarily for the US office, the consultant would have to work US shifts as well.

He/She will have to devote around 4 hrs post 8pm IST to support the management there and the rest 4-5 hours would be from the Bangalore office

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Familiarity with US processes such as Insurance, etc would be an added
4. Flexible to work any shifts with the ability to manage work load
5. Knowledge of MS Office and office management software
