Assignment Details

A leading Big 4 firm is looking for a procurement consultant who can help their client-

- Identify cost optimization opportunities (on a total landed and installed basis) for packages / sub-assemblies which are part of a capital project such as a material handling system, mineral recovery / beneficiation plants, smelters, process plants and infrastructure projects. Key categories handled will be switchgears, rectifiers, control relay panels, transformers, motors and other electrical bulk items.
- Familiarity with digital tools in procurement and basic understanding of project management tools such as Primavera will be added advantage.
- The consultant is expected to be at client location (Korba, Chhattisgarh) with fly backs to base location every 2 weeks.

Skills Required

- Experience 4-10 years of experience in procurement / strategic sourcing of the above mentioned categories. Engineering + MBA must.
- Good network within the vendor / supplier community.
- Good analytical skills, crisp communication.
