Assignment Details

Our client is a leading automotive company and is looking for L&D consultant.

• Creatively apply knowledge of adult learning principles, user-centric design, business and organizational acumen to develop innovative, engaging & focused Technical development initiatives.
• Support in driving organization specific upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
• Support in creating, managing and enhancing Technical Competency Frameworks.
• Evaluate existing curricula for Competency alignment, effectiveness and instructional soundness. Plan and execute the strategic approach for each learning intervention.
• Create frameworks to Measure / report out the impact learning creates on individuals, their team and the organization at large.
• Research and evaluate latest technologies in learning and drive digitalization within the function.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Education Institutions and Industry Experts to obtain external expertise, best practices.

We require consultant with 3-7 years of work experience in enabling technical skill upgradation.

Skills Required

o Engineering background is a must have, who can help with technical skill upgradation
o Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles.
o Strong project / program management skills.
o Strong collaboration skills to engage internal & external stakeholders.
o Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and recommend solutions.
o Ability to curate learning solutions with attention to detail.
o Ability to manage and meet multiple, simultaneous project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to prioritize tasks while demonstrating initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
o Ability to tolerate opposing points of view and overcome a change-averse environment.
