Our client is one of the top leading FMCG firm and they are looking for a Route to Market Transformation Analyst. This role is centered around driving insights and analytics to allow the organization's market teams to maximize value delivery within Route to Market focusing on distributor services. Within this dynamic role, you'll be able to partner very closely and provide analytical support to many different functional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to generate breakthrough insights that support markets to
overcome challenges they face related to portfolio sales or supply chain
• Create and analyze dashboards and mappings to support the sales team.
• Map and analyze the product/sales portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
• Map and analyze the performance of sales reps and logistics routing to identify the desirable ROI
• Propose suggestions for improvements to the sales team.
• Analyze Market & competitor trends for Route to Market strategies
• Analyze Sales of the company’s portfolio with specified channels and partners
to determine sales optimization opportunities
• Analyze margin and discount rates for the Market's distributors against
competitive rates
• Analyze Sales ROI & financials for distributor activities
• Generate Insights across the Route to Market strategy to support the
business with optimization & growth goals
• Stay up to date with Market intel on new technology related to sales and
distribution
• Support the implementation & own the digital commercial solutions
developed to support the sales & commercial organizations
• Analyze internal and external Market sales and financial data to deliver an
intervention plan focusing on optimizing the as is Go to Market strategy
1. 4-8 years working experience in sales &/or Route to market strategy
analytics.
2. Experience and working knowledge on FMCG/CPG route to market strategies, sales and digital transformation for India and Asia markets.
3. Experience with data preparation and visualization tools such as Thinkcell, Excel, PowerBi, etc to drive business insights.
4. Experience in managing and visualizing large data sets
5. Experience with sales & finance data analysis, product portfolio, P&L and suggestions for improvements
